Opening of Vancouver Olympic Centre

The closest Olympic venue to my house just opened to the public today! The Vancouver Olympic Centre hosts all the curling events next year.

cindy: I’m not sure if it’s fully moment yet, there were still lots of unfinished things inside, but I think there are recent events coming up at the centre!
a80: I’ve only been curling once, and it was pretty cool! We went down to the curling rink in Richmond last year.

This is the facility on Ontario and 30th right?

That’s right! Brand spanking new right beside the Nat Bailey Stadium.
I didn’t get to curl inside here, no, but went with a couple of friends to a curling rink in Richmond half a year ago, it was pretty fun!
