Hi Heidi, thanks for dropping a note :-)
When I was at Westminster Abbey, I remembered that I took Dylan Thomas' stone because he was one of the few poets that that I remember we studied a while ago, glad that you were able to find it online :-)
We tried to explore London as much as we could during those 4 days there, so we might've been all over the place! I'm sure next time I'm there I'll also research first where the good food is!

(The only one I could find on the net!!) I think you know more about London than I do and I only live about 20 miles away from it!! Great pics - sorry the food was not so good!!!

susan: It's more like a "been here, done that" kind of deal :-P

aw: A McDonald's meal costs almost $10 Canadian compared to about... $6 here... can't even live off the cheapest food unless you cook yourself!

*~: I'm not sure if I'd ride on that though! Boing ya!

it is said that england isn't known for its food. anyhow - yea i second jeff's comment - perhaps less pics each post would also allow faster loading. hmm - i might have been the few tourists to nyc who didn't really wanted to go to see the statue of liberty - until i found out that the boats that took people to ellis island where i had wanted to go HAD to go through statue of liberty island first. i'm not sure i would have gone to the london eye either.
