Unexpected Sunset

Saturday, December 12th, 2009 :: 9:12 am

It started to rain last night, and still did early this morning. Disappointed, my cousin and I had to change our day trip planned from the night before since it was mostly outdoors.

After coming out of the mall after lunch, the sky cleared up miraculously and we left on the MRT towards 關渡. As we traveled along we changed our destination to 淡水 instead.

After walking along the river side and eying all the food, sunset came. The skies turned from blue to orange, to red, then purple – it was beautiful. Free of pollution after the night’s rain.

    You really catched the moment and the illuminated boats as the front scene.

    That’s very beautiful.
    Keep up the good work!

    I’d like to save it as wallpaper.
    May I?

    Jerry: Sure thing! I can also give you a larger version when I get back (the internet here is extremely slow…)

    Carolyn: Ya! My cousin who took me there said last time he was here it was muggy, which is why I said it was unexpected ;-)
