Pandas

Apparently when the Taipei Zoo first received Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan, there was a lot of commotion and fuss around them, and you would need to line up for a long time in order to see them.

A year later, I went to see them myself – there wasn’t much of a line. They were bigger than I had imagined! Good thing Tuan Tuan walked out when we were in there, or else we wouldn’t have seen much! (and you were only allowed 5 minutes to view them..)

They were cute – but did they need to dedicate an entire building for two animals, and two full gift shops full of panda souvenirs?!

Hey, its my TW relatives. Mind you, they eat less than I do. AND YOU ARE INVADING THEIR PRIVACY.

We need our own rooms with air conditioning and all. In the end, we are still 國寶!
