Meet the Vancouver 2010 Olympic mascots! Though I’m sure that most of you in Vancouver are probably familiar with them, and have something with them on it! From the day they were announced, they’ve been a big hit; I love them, you love them, everyone loves Quatchi, Miga, and Sumi (and of course, the sidekick, MukMuk)! Here’s a video of their story.

I’m excited about the winter games opening in just under 2 days! I spend part of my time these days volunteering and I can see all the excitement around the city, from all the free concerts to the different provincial/country houses! Tonight I was one of the the 60,000 people that was fortunate enough to preview the opening ceremonies in the dress rehearsal. All I will be able to say is, what a ride it has been these past few years, the show was awesome – I’m sure the world will love it on Friday too!
